This keto chicken mushroom stew is a simple dish with high nutritional value. Garlic and parsley cut through the richness of the creamy sauce, making this dish a perfect comfort food. We suggest making a big bowl of mixed greens salad on the side for an ideal balance. This recipe only takes 25 minutes to make, which leaves you more time to prep for your Christmas party!

1 chicken breast, sliced into strips
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
cup heavy cream
½ cup onions, chopped
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp butter or ghee
½ tsp salt
tsp black pepper
tsp chili flakes

Heat butter in a saucepan, then add chicken, onions, and mushrooms, sautéeing for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

Add parsley and minced garlic. Stir to combine, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
