Our probiotics are beneficial for both women and men, but this one is designed to support women’s health.
It’s much easier for bad microbes, including bacteria and yeasts, to go from the GI tract to vaginal flora. So, to help, we made these probiotics with:

D-mannose is a type of sugar, similar to glucose. It’s found naturally in the human body and some plants.

Active Packaging Technology
We use a uniquely engineered Activ-Polymer™ bottle to control the exposure of our probiotics to moisture and water. It features an impenetrable desiccant sleeve wrapped around the probiotic.
An Oxyfree® desiccant absorbs oxygen and removes any residual moisture from inside the bottle, meaning we can reduce oxygen levels to 0.01% for the entire lifespan of the product.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Some probiotic supplements are cheap, while others are quite expensive. How do I know which supplement offers the best value for money?
The key is looking at Colony Forming Units (CFU). It’s also important to understand how many of those CFUs will still be alive in the capsule by the time you take it.
We over-manufacture our probiotics, use Active Packaging Technology and add prebiotics to ensure the strength that is on the bottle is the strength you get in your gut.
Will I experience gas, bloating, or diarrhea?
Gas, bloating or diarrhea are common side effects when you start taking probiotics. However, it’s nothing to worry about and usually passes in a few days. This happens because your gut bacteria is balancing itself.
Probiotics are active against yeast, harmful bacteria and fungi. When you take probiotics, harmful microorganisms will start to die, and this can cause gas, bloating and diarrhea. It’s a sign that beneficial bacteria are getting to work to clean up your gut.
What’s the recommended dosage?
For daily maintenance, take 1 capsule. For critical maintenance, take 2 capsules.
I'm on antibiotics, should I take probiotics?
Yes, you can take probiotics while on antibiotics. In fact, studies suggest it’s favorable to do so.
However, we recommend taking your probiotics and antibiotics at least 2 hours apart to reduce the possibility of the antibiotic killing the probiotic organisms.
When is the best time to take probiotics?
We recommend taking it with a meal, ideally with breakfast in the morning.
Is there sugar or fat in the product?
No, there is no sugar or fat in our Women’s Probiotics and Prebiotics supplement.
Are these soil-based probiotics?
No. We use human strain probiotics sourced from DuPont® Danisco and Lallemand. These are strains that are permanently reproducing in our gut.
Do I need to put these in the fridge?
No, there is no need to refrigerate the product. We use heat resistant probiotic strains and active packaging technology. Simply store the bottle in a cool, dry place. We guarantee a 2-year shelf life at room temperature.
