Use a mixer to cream together butter, granulated sweetener, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add the heavy cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove to the butter mixture.
Mix on low speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Heat water and mix it with rum. Pour into two glasses and top with 3 tbsp of the butter mixture.
Process the strawberries with erythritol and lemon juice in a blender until the mixture is creamy.
Pour it into a shaker and add basil.
Add bourbon and pepper, then fill the shaker with ice. Shake to mix well.
Garnish with extra basil leaves and serve.
Fill 2 glasses with ice. Mix cranberries, erythritol, gin, lemon wedges, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Muddle until lemons and cranberries are crushed and have released all their juices.
Strain over ice.
Top with Prosecco and garnish with extra cranberries and lemon wedges.
