Heat the butter in a pan. Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it for 4-5 minutes. Mince the garlic in a press or chop it into fine slices. Add garlic to the buttery onion and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes. Season with some salt and pepper.
Add spinach to the mix and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
Add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir well, until the cream cheese melts.
Reduce the heat and simmer until well combined. Grate the parmesan and sprinkle your creamy spinach dish.
Serve warm and enjoy!
